TWO

Oona had a very exciting second birthday party at a local playground, with wind gusts up to 65 mph! It was a sunny 74 degrees though, so 16 of her little friends showed up. Oona got blown over once, and we lost several bagels, serving trays, balloons and decorations, but all in all, it was a success. Here she is with the remaining balloons, pretending to blow out her candles (since even the trick ones wouldn't stay lit), with her buddies Char Char and Phoenix, hugging Delaney, and at sunset with Mama.

After a birthday lunch at Hosteria del Piccolo with Godmother Tracie and Gsis Delaney, we romped in Douglas Park.

Oona has taken to wearing several panties at a time, not 2 or 3, usually around 7. She keeps bringing another one to put "on top". Yesterday morning, she needed to wear her pink feather hairband, on top of the blue one. This morning, it was a leotard on top of footie jammies.

FAVORITE PAST TIME

Since Oona went to Chloe's party she's been obsessed with the carousel. We go weekly. Luckily Oona's best friend Char Char (Charlotte) is equally obsessed with horses and of course the carousel. We usually go to the one on the Santa Monica Pier, but this one is in Topanga Mall.
